Soy is perhaps the most ideal yet most misunderstood food.

Why are wholesome soybeans so good for you?

🌱Wholesome soybeans contain a complete chain of ALL 9 essential amino acids, which are the building blocks of protein.

🌱Wholesome soy contains multiple times MORE PROTEIN than beef, milk, and eggs.
