The criteria of a healthy diet is the same whether you have Alopecia or not
The criteria of what constitutes a truly healthy diet is the same whether or not one has Alopecia, and whether or not one has autoimmune disease.
The misinformation I hear very often is that what you would think are healthy foods (grains, beans, legumes, nightshades) are in fact unhealthy if you have Alopecia or autoimmune disease. Wrong!
Reaction, intolerance and sensitivity to ‘healthy’ wholesome plant foods are symptoms of a malfunctioning immune system. They are not the root cause. They are simply signals that something is wrong.
Therefore, simply avoiding a wide range of healthy wholesome plant foods does not at all address what is wrong inside the system.
