Products we trust
These are products that I’ve personally chosen to use on my daughter. I’ve spent long, exhaustive years researching, choosing, experimenting, and observing effects.
Safety and quality are non-negotiable to me. I don’t trust “certified organic” labelling, so I make sure the products I choose far surpass organic standards.
Nutritional Immunology dietary supplements listed here go through over 2,000 tests – High Performance Liquid Chromatography, total aerobic microbial count, yeast and mold count, heavy metals, DNA damage, and each material is tested individually against 399 types of fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides. No organic supplements in the market do these.
The products I choose here are always free of preservatives, safe for all ages, and have no side effects. They are foods, not herbal or natural medicine.
Disclosure: Some (not all) of these products are sold through referral marketing, and cannot be purchased from stores. If you end up purchasing through my links, I may earn a compensation. All opinions and product choice decisions are my own.
1. Immune Support
Polysaccharides are compounds that can support our body’s natural immune modulation process. Immune modulation restores balance of our immune function by stimulating a weak immune system and calming it when it’s overactive, a crucial component in autoimmune conditions.
E-MUNITY contains a combination of specific polysaccharides that have been formulated in precise amount to work in synergy for the immune system.
E-MUNITY is NOT the same as mushroom powders, mushroom extracts or mushroom supplements widely available in the market.
With mushroom powders and extracts, there’s no way to how much polysaccharides we’re getting. Without the right amount, there is no effect on the immune system.
RHAPSODY contains cactus juice formulated with American ginseng and is FREE of preservative and microbe.
Old cactus pads are perhaps the most nutritious plant food on earth, containing at least 10,000 different phytonutrients. For comparison, an orange has about 176 phytonutrients.
To survive in extreme climate condition, cactus plant stores abundant nutrients in its pads. But getting these nutrients out of the pads is extremely difficult.
First, cactus pads are hand picked in the early morning when nutrients are most optimal. Spines are removed by hand, a labour-intensive process. The pads are then cold pressed and triple filtered to produce clear, microbe and contaminant-free cactus juice.
The ginsenosides in American ginseng benefit the nervous system and overall immune system health.
2. Nutrition Support
The main ingredients in SOYGREEN are wholesome, non-GMO soybeans, banana, psyllium husk, and 10 different types of green vegetables — broccoli, asparagus, kale, leaf lettuce, snow peas, romaine lettuce, spinach, green pepper, mustard greens, and radish leaves.
Getting enough nutrition from a wide variety of plant foods every single day is non negotiable to nourish your immune system for better chances of recovery.
SOYGREEN contains wholesome, non-GMO soybeans as their main ingredient.
Soy is a complete food because it contains all essential nutrients that our body needs, with 2x as much protein as meat, 3x of chicken eggs, and 12x of cow’s milk. It also contains calcium, folate, fiber, and a multitude of vitamins and phytonutrients. Soy isoflavones are also beneficial for improving alopecia and stimulating hair growth.
SOYGREEN provides good amounts of fiber, plant protein, and phytochemicals without fat, cholesterol, or animal hormones. It’s an excellent and delicious alternative to dairy and non-dairy milk.
It’s crucial to get enough fibre every single day as fibre feeds the good bacteria in your gut, which in turn is essential for good health.
The main ingredients in SOYGREEN are wholesome, non-GMO soybeans, and Ji-Lin ginseng.
In addition to good quality wholesome soybeans which provide high amounts of plant protein, phytonutrients and antioxidants, SOYPRO contains Ji-Lin ginseng.
Unlike most ginseng products in the market, the premium Ji-Lin ginseng in SOYPRO doesn’t contain any preservatives, and has gone through rigorous tests to ensure it is free of pesticides and heavy metals.
Ji-Lin ginseng is very effective in reversing oxidative stress and is very beneficial for the immune system. SOYPRO only uses specific species and part of this valuable herb.
Each serving of SOYPRO contains more soy than SOYGREEN. I use both SOYGREEN and SOYPRO every day for my daughter.

My daughter absolutely loves this soup. She also likes it as a vegetable dip, sauce, and salad dressing.
3. External Care
Don’t be afraid to brush regularly. Use good quality brush made of natural materials such as boar bristles or goat hair (for a softer option).
Although there are some arguments on this, gentle pressure and motion on the scalp can help stimulate blood flow to the hair follicles. Blood itself carries nutrients and oxygen, so although brushing alone doesn’t regrow hair, it may help boost hair regrowth. In addition, brushing helps remove dead skin cells from the follicles and scalp.
I wrote in greater detail about using ginger to help manage Alopecia due to its natural JAK inhibitor compounds.
We used to apply ginger juice directly on the scalp either on its own or along with a few drops of essential oils. Recently, after more research, we prefer to use fresh ginger root as part of our routine topical care.
